Our belaboring humor only annoys dozens of former sports journalists. Borowitz’s crime is its scope as much as its severity.

Texas ‘deregulation’ strikes again. The answer to everything per conservatives isn’t often the answer at all.

Yeah. I kept my power and had made a store run yesterday, so I'm good - but it's cold and I woke up to snow on the ground.

We wasted our entire snow day waiting on the radio to announce the closing. Kids now get to sleep in and get a notification on their phone. Must be nice.

Rolling blackout hit us this morning for just more than 90 minutes. Being on a crawl space, our hardwood floors were at 41 degrees by the time the power came back on. Luckily, we have gas logs in the living room so we hung blankets over the doorways and hung out in there. Kiddo missed her class Zoom though and the Mrs. is about two hours behind on work now.

I’m laying on the couch in a 30-degree sleeping bag, rising only to go run hot water through your faucets every hour.
