Well, let's see if I can piss off half the board. I never much liked G 'n R, and basically considered most of the music you're wrangling over a blight on the radio and MTV. I can identify a few of the signature songs, but mostly they were background noise. I liked Def Leppard. For instance, I remember Great White for the nightclub fire and a crappy cover of a song that Ian Hunter had already done much better.

This is not unreasonable. GnR was not my thing, either. I leaned more towards Satan than substances.

Where's your line with Def Leppard? Do you celebrate their entire catalog or do you have a Pyromania line?

Great White was the store brand mayonnaise of the genre.

    Mitt's guy at one point.

I don't know what to think of the LP

Celebrate would be entirely too enthusiastic. "Pyromania" and their work around that time gave them more credibility with me than anyone else mentioned, though.

I loved Grunge for the way it kicked hair metal in the crotch the way Punk did the big stadium acts of the time.

I think that was pretty simple. Those guys really didn't like Trump or what he was doing to their party. They turned the sort of attack ads on Trump that the GOP had been using on the Dems.

They also had a fine grift going as they did so. They paid themselves lavishly and self-dealt with the LP and milked it. This does not bother me, as I never considered giving them any money.

November Rain is epic, all right — epically awful.
