I don't think so. She lives in another county, and with the COVID-19 vaccinations, there has been a point made that you have to go to locations within the county in which you live. I suppose it might be something to try anyway, though.

 

If her friend was just able to go down and get one, sounds like it might not matter.

This is worrisome.

 

This brings up a moral question: Why is it my problem if you choose to go out in public and you get COVID because you've chosen not to vaccinate and I have? Suppose the vaccinated can still shed virus to some degree. At some point, you have to take personal responsibility for your actions.
