New Fantasy Baseball League

I did some playing with the site and found a couple of things. For those who haven't seen how this works before, I will actually be assigning you the player as your selection in the round of the draft they should cost you. Cavan Biggio was a 15th-round pick last year, so he's going to cost me my 13th-round pick. If you look at draft results, you will see Biggio shows up as my selection in round 13. Check out the draft results if you want to see what that looks like.

Just remember this will also determine the cost of any of this year's keepers that you choose to hold on to for 2022. The price will just go up two rounds.

This is going to be some seriously tedious stuff for me next week. lol

On the plus side, this draft should be really quick.

 

Just a reminder that keepers are due 11 p.m. Eastern tomorrow.

I have lists from seven teams so far. That includes mine. You may revise your list right up to the deadline.

I could get these keepers done in about three minutes if I could actually access last year's draft results. Can someone please post my results from last year so I can do that? The option that allows you to view last year's draft doesn't seem to exist on the app. My team was A to the Rizzo.

 

I don’t think you can see the archived draft from a phone.

 

I don't either and I can't access it through the website. It won't let me sign in.

The ones with no round and pick were not drafted.

 

If I waived Syndergaard then got him back off waivers, does that mean he should be treated as undrafted? That will affect whether I keep him.

No, it does not. Players who were drafted retain that round value. Syndergaard was taken in the fifth round, so he would cost a third-round selection.

If we didn't do it that one, someone at the top of the waiver order could cut their first-round pick, then add him right back and keep the guy for a 23rd-round selection the next season. There are other shenanigans that could also happen, but that's the big one.
