New Springsteen single out today

Always read that he was not a big drinker. I wonder if he was having a depressive episode?

 

He definitely drinks, but not where he is doing it in order to get on stage. Just not a good look to drive alone to a park and start drinking tequila (I assume).

 

That would be about the best explanation.

Doesn’t say what time of day or if he was alone, but it’s certainly strange.

He prob had 2, maybe 3 drinks. Wouldn't call that a big drinker.

 

Going to a park and drinking in your car to blow .02 is weirder than if it was .15. Maybe he was just washing down some drive thru with a Silver Bullet.

 

Story I read said he was riding his motorcycle in a park.....some people gave him a shot of tequila, he takes it.....problem is he is sitting on his bike.......cops see it.......end of story.

Don't know how true it is.......

 

If his blood alcohol was .02, and you're not drunk under New Jersey law unless it's .08 or higher, why was he arrested? obviously if he had just done a shot of tequila, wish the officer apparently witnessed, he would smell heavily of alcohol because tequila.

 

The prosecutor kept the promise that he made on that day.

 

But the judge got mad and he threw the charge away.
