OK, we all know how disgusting Greene is. There might be one covert silver lining to this ...

In North Carolina, the moment Republican Gov. Pat McCrory signed the infamous bathroom bill, he sunk his political career. In spite of the state's cruel GOP representation, gross gerrymandering and everything else, it voted Democrat Roy Cooper into the state's top office.

I guess we'll see if her district in Georgia thinks this is as repulsive as the state of North Carolina obviously did.

With any luck, Greene will meet the same fate. That is, if she doesn't do enough repulsive crap to get expelled first.

If I understand Trump’s election theory correctly, Kamala Harris can declare anyone she chooses as President on January 6, 2025. And Cruz and Hawley will back her up.

Not to mention the big transportation projects that found their way to states that went along with Mitch. I have no problem with earmarks, they are usually a much faster way to get needed money to something a lot quicker. I did have a problem with a lack of transparency. You want an earmark, you should be able to defend it and put your name on it. Especially if it turns out the money ends up on a project that actually DOES end up with your name on it. (See Sen. X Thoroughfare, Rep. Y Conservation Preserve) There were numerous cases in the past when some earmark appeared as if by magic and "nobody knew" how it got in there.

Well, see, that stern speech I gave about him being responsible for the Jan. 6 attacks ... after I voted to acquit him ... really taught him a lesson.
