Low bar. Weakest collection of starting QBs in a division since Bobby Douglas played for the Bears.

Pats get Trent Brown from Raiders on a redone one year, $11 million deal. This is what we're gonna see all free agency. Vets with big contracts disposed of by teams with cap problems, signing one year deals for less dough with teams with lots of cap space in the hopes of cashing in again when the 2022 season cap balloons after the TV deals are signed. Brown's a good player when healthy and Pats are one of the teams with cap space. Sadly for them, as we just saw last night, this economic situation does not apply to quarterbacks worth a damn.

Well he did pledge to make a one time donation of 2.5% of his salary, not including endorsement income, to fight racism.

They wanted to sign him before the franchise tag deadline.

It does make me wonder why the Vikings haven't been more successful: just 7 playoff appearances in the last 20 years.

Lions, Bears and Vikes have a combined 16 playoff appearances since 2001; Pack has 15. Not quite as bad as the Patriot dominated AFC East, but still pretty amazing.
