I ate indoors tonight. There were a lot of people out — 70-degree days in March tend to bring out everyone. I’m not a COVID scold and I’m fully vaccinated, but the crowd (maybe at 40-45 percent of capacity) made me a little uncomfortable.

    The vaccines are still unproven.

The last few days overall have felt like good news to me. But it’s definitely easy to get stuck focusing on the negative. It’s been a pretty negative 12 months.

I was pretty down over the winter. And will be again it this proves to be false hope.

But this does appear to be a moving toward good stuff.

This is what happens when adults are running the show.

I’m so glad The Button exists and I used it on that POS troll.

If you assume that 20% of people will refuse, then ~30% of adults who want vaccinated have received at least one shot in the U.S. We're moving through the line faster than it feels like.

Micro Jr. got his first shot today, he'd volunteered at four clinics at his school and today paid off. Plus he got a job offer for the summer. Whoop whoop in the Micro household tonight! After April 2 the entire family, home and away, will be fully vaxxed.

About 2.5 million shots given today, second-highest of any day so far.

I don't mind eating outdoors. But I think it will be long time before I'm comfortable inside just because, you know, people suck and Covid-19 isn't the only thing we spit at each other.

I remember earlier that day, that the Nets/Warriors game for March 12 was announced that there weren’t going to be any fans and thinking that was going to be something very interesting to watch.

Then the shit hit the fan later that night.
