I can’t remember the last time Raw started with an actual match. At least years ago, they used to mix up starting the show with either the 20-minute talking segments or an actual match. It’s like they’re afraid of deviating from their formula.

The show is seriously overproduced. It bugs me to no end every time I hear “championship opportunity” repeated ad nauseam. It’s a fucking title shot, a title match, a match for the strap, a championship match. I’m not watching the show just because your announcers keep calling it a “championship opportunity.” Calling it that will not bring in one new wrestling, er, sports entertainment fan. It makes me feel like I’m watching Gannett Wrestling Entertainment.

the one that always gets me is “the eyes of Mysterio” or “the leg of Lashley.” People dont speak like this.

    Pronouns pal!!!!!

Yes “he” can be confusing in a multi man match but 1 on 1 its totally fine to says “Rollins works on his leg” for fux sake

And it's a common criticism on the web, but one that I've noticed a lot more lately. There's wayyyy too many camera cuts. Let the sports entertainers do their moves without having the shake the fucking camera every five seconds. It adds nothing and a few times, I've found it physically uncomfortable.

NXT has been lagging some lately, but bringing in the big guns from the UK is going to be good stuff.

Ciampa vs. Walter at the Mania week Takeover is going to be a thing of beauty.

Hopefully, Dr. Britt Baker will have a nice shower before she goes into the office tomorrow.

Adam Cole got hit by a car and Britt Baker went full Eddie Guerrero as she got annihilated by Thunder Rosa. Gonna be a tough morning in that house.

Is that the first women's match -- talking with a mainstream American company like WWE, AEW, Impact or even ROH, not some offbeat indy promotion or in Japan -- where someone bled that much? Or at least the first in recent memory?

What, you don't remember that exploding barbed wire death match between Eva Marie and Nikki Bella?

But seriously, the best I can remember was the last time it happened to Britt when she broke her nose, when Beth Phoenix split her wig in the Rumble, and Becky Lynch's infamous moment on Raw.

So Eric Bischoff is going into the Hall of Fame. Can't wait to see him get inducted by his nephew, Eugene.

Wonder who it will be. His son, Garrett? Heyman or Vince? I'd say Sting or Big Show if they hadn't left for the AEW.

Bischoff's biggest thing will always be the NWO, so I'd think Hogan or Nash, but I don't really know if he's on good terms with either of them. Goldberg? He's obviously on good terms with the WWE. I think Vince is still too competitive to be the guy who inducts him.
