I found a recipe for a replica of the ultra-expensive Pappy Van Winkle called Poor Man's Pappy, but the two bottles required for that mixture would have been about $400. So I then found a recipe for Poorer Man's Pappy that called for two much more reasonably-priced bourbons. It was good. Strong. I've never had the actual Pappy, so I can't compare.
