    This is sad. When the shit started hitting the fan last year, he gave up his salary and a $1 million bonus and also donated another $5 million toward helping employees deal with financial crises caused by the pandemic. Texas Roadhouse kept paying employees’ health care premiums even as their hours were reduced.

    Deaths per day in Mass. are lingering around 35. In the worst of the winter surge they were in the high 70s, and one day got up to 89. That's 35 people too many, but much better than it had been.

    As the U.S. continues to scale COVID-19 vaccinations, Krispy Kreme wanted to find a way to show our support for those who are protecting themselves and other by getting vaccinated.

    Apparently, there's a limit on vicarious beneficiaries of vaccinations. One per customer.
