Is there another Wagner brother to go? It feels like Michigan has had a Wagner dating back to the Brian Ellerbe years at this point.

 

One change I hope will stay after this is over
I’d just as soon see coaches dress in sweats than like Ray Liotta in Goodfellas

 

I wonder if the apparel companies will step in and try to keep this going. They'll get a lot more exposure if the coaches continue dressing like this ... and picture older alums preferring the quarter-zips and polos over the cliche T-shirts the players usually end up forcing to wear as shooting shirts.

 

That's some Colorado and a lot Florida State. I can assure you that Leonard Hamilton probably watched Georgetown's bad excuse at defense and resolved to do better.

The scary part? This isn't even a vintage defensive season from Florida State. The overall depth, length and offensive skill upgrade more than compensate for the fewer massive defensive lockdown efforts of some past seasons.

 

Ironically, Bob Huggins now dresses and grows facial hair like a former mobster turned informant who avoided jail time and is in witness protection.

 

Huggins has been rocking the pullovers for years. Party from the waist up, contrasting with slacks and dress shoes.

The contrast is ... interesting.

 

The wild west goatee with the slicked-back mullet is....a choice.

 

Yeah I think the Big 10 is going to need to be content with one Sweet 16 team.
