Bayou Loudmouth and Master Debater Tim Brando blocked me on Twitter in October and I'd truly forgotten he existed.

    Thanks for fucking that up.

Probably figured he was playing with house money given that he can't be the biggest fuck-up in the athletic department this year.

The other side of that is that Ohio over Ohio St. is one that will live on for a long time in the hearts of Ohio fans. I know UAB fans will never forget that Saban is 0-1 against the Blazers, or that UAB beat Alabama 58-56 in the NIT the only time the two teams have played.

A game like that is immortal for the Ohio fans.

Been watching some of the women's tournament.

The announcers, on the whole, are awful. They are more interested in being advocates for their sport and pumping up players and coaches instead of providing objective, insightful analysis. I know this is somewhat true on the men's side (the usual slurpfest for coach K, etc.), but not anywhere near the degree as in the women's tournament.

I guess that's also my biggest pet peeve. Women's basketball is here to stay, and I enjoy watching it. Now do your job.

He went to great lengths on Twitter to praise Limbaugh for "saving AM radio" and for being a "changed man." Nonsense.
Brando has a great voice, but his anguished pleas for the libruhl media to investigate the Hunter Biden (non-) story as his boy Trump was going down in October appear to have violated the "Stick To Sports" credo that so many Trumpists love to invoke when athletes kneel at the playing of the English drinking song that has become a religious anthem.

Great season for the Virginia Tech women to win a game in the NCAA tournament, but competing with Baylor was an impossible ask. Their interior defense was just incredible.

I just looked at the box score. Blocked shots: Virginia Tech, 0; Baylor, 13.

I'm not sure I've ever seen two worse calls than the 'charge' and the non call on the over and back.
