I think a cop who does something like this should draw a heavier sentence than someone who's not a cop. Although it should be a heavy sentence for anyone who does this.

 

There are two classes of offenders who have a really bad time in prison: Cops and child molesters. I suspect his sentence will be pretty heavy, unless he spends it all in solitary.

I'm ready to give cops a pass on being racist - and just say we can no longer be satisfied with "weeding out" the bad cops. The entire profession needs an overhaul, from training, to strategies. There are too many bad cops who are allowed to thrive that the "good ones" no longer feel safe in calling them out.
