Yeah ... that was a bad, bad no-call. Was trying to find a replay to see if the officials were out of position and/or they just swallowed the whistle.

Debbie Antonelli has already let them hold it during the WWL's call of Indiana-Arizona. She probably won't be alone.

I can see Kim Mulkey saying something and gladly paying the fine. This is one of those justifiable cases IMO.

Makes me wonder if the officials were affected by this in the end. They're human ... griping and moaning about every single call gets old even for them.

Thing is, two wrongs don't make a right. Swallowing the whistle to tell Kim Mulkey where she can go (yes, to Waco) isn't the solution.

Too bad. Coach. Insert yourself where necessary on calls -- not on every tick and tack..

The women's second game is at halftime. The men's second game hasn't started yet. I enjoy the quicker pace of the women's game. I think before this year you can probably count on one hand the minutes I've watched the NCAA women's tournament. But guess what? It's entertaining. And they are way fewer commercials.

At least Kim Mulkey is consistent. If you want to go on a rampage through Baylor University, she is all for it, whether you're a coronavirus or a 275-pound linebacker/rapist.

This Baylor team could beat Gonzaga.

Those guards are very quick. They put lot of pressure on you.

Given the events of recent years, the last type of person from whom I want to hear a lecture on social, medical or moral issues -- or pretty much anything else -- is an employee of Baylor University. As far as I am concerned, the school shouldn't be allowed to have intercollegiate sports (but I am generally a supporter of cruel, unusual and draconian punishment when warranted, so take that as you will).
