If he hit a grand slam, the basement computer nerds would be ripping him for getting 4 meaningless RBIs.

I'm not anti-Albert. I think the Angels got a lot of what they expected out of him, including mentoring Mike Trout, but he's a novelty at this point.

Hey now - it seems like we can all agree at least one of those RBIs was useful!

The team with the most RBI almost always wins - prove me wrong.

That isn't true. An RBI is not awarded for every run scored. A team could score its only run on a double play that brings a guy in from third, a steal of home, or an error and win 1-0.

Last night Albert hit a weak grounder up the third base line that was useful only because there was a guy on third who came home with what turned out to be the winning run. Albert didn’t even need to bother running, he was so out at first. The announcers went on like he was Joe Carter winning the World Series.

Just quoting the basement bozos, who are really the foolish ones.

What is a basement bozo? The ones that run every team in the MLB?

You show me one person who’s into sabermetrics who has said hitting a grand slam is bad. Hint: you won’t find one.
