It showed up throughout the tourney but there were some really bad seeding issues.

how was UConn a 7, Virginia tech a 10 and this team an 11

All the respect in the world to UCLA for this performance.

    They’re still gonna lose.

In retrospect, we have learned there was no shame in a four-game losing streak to Colorado, Oregon, USC and Oregon State.
But that's what they must have leaned on.
And The Metrics said they were worthy of going to 11 in a manner opposite of Spinal Tap's amps. The NET had them at 46 and KenPom at 44.
I suppose that if there's a year when you'd lean excessively on numbers because you're too busy with your other duties and you'd make errors, this would be it.

There just wasn’t a ton to go on. UCLA’s only non-conference games of note were a win against Marquette and losses to San Diego State and Ohio State.

This game has made up for the opening clunker.

He hacked his arm and grabbed the net.

On that block that led to the transition dunk.

I didn't see it, either. UCLA struggled to beat what clearly wasn't one of Tom Izzo's better teams in the First Four. Now this?

Shooter’s roll man. It’s what makes sports worth it.

Looked like the Zags defender stepped out of bounds after the previous block and then stepped back in for the first touch.

Gonzaga is literally throwing guys to the ground when they’re rebounding
