I must admit I’ve never been a Gonzaga fan. After last night, I am now

Gonzaga's regular season included games against five of (then) the top 16 teams among its first eight games.
If a non-P5 wants to try that in football, and succeed, they're in the playoff.

I am glad I am not the only one who noticed the trailing ref:

If the blue team was from NC and the white from KY, there'd be no doubt that 99.9% of the basketball-speaking industry would be calling this the greatest CBB game of all time.

They still might, but I do sense some hesitancy among the media.

Maybe. But there was instant gushing over this and instant 'one of the greatest of all time' and instant 'greatest finishc so I don't know. Greatest of all time is always subjective, and I think, from what I've read, everyone thinks this was right up there.

I love watching Few's reaction shot. He doesn't even look happy, just spent. The thought balloon over his head reads "there's gotta be an easier way to make a living."

Didn't US Reed from Arkansas hit a buzzer-beater heave to knock somebody out? Or wasn't that in the Final Four, maybe the Elite 8. My memory fades over time.

Couldn't have been goaltending on Suggs' block because the UCLA guy still had both hands on the ball.

It was a second round game.

Like I said, memory fades. Hell of a shot though.

He sold that like a WWE ref. 10/10.

I get the impression Few is one of those people who smiles only rarely.
