Having done some more research, I find another source, the Georgetown Center on Education and the Workforce, pegs the unemployment rate of Physical Science majors at 2.5% -- one-third of what the NY Fed says. I tend to trust Georgetown on this one.
There are other differences. Big ones. So I don't really know what's up.

But let's say the Trumpists' law takes the Georgetown survey of 173 majors and says students majoring in disciplines ranked in the worst quartile by unemployment rate must surrender their scholarships. Students majoring in the following disciplines would be effectively told their educations are unworthy of scholarships:

Seriously, do you think a million dollars would be able to Provide lifetime care for a mentally and physically disabled adult? The parents aren’t wealthy but make a very nice living ow into some sort of tech business. Maybe the disabled so. of a middle class family should be treated the same as a
Homeless disabled person. It don’t lower one to be equal to the other because you’re afraid that a disabled adult is too privileged to have some comfort. .
