Twins called off their home game, which was a 1 p.m. matinee. Wolves and Wild, who also had home games tonight are also likely to follow suit, as several Twin Cities media outlets are reporting that a 7 p.m. curfew throughout the Twin Cities is imminent.

I hope someone follows through on the flag.

I'd like to hear the thought process behind it and who exactly was involved in the decision to fly it.

That Blue Lives Matter flag is basically this, updated for the 21st century.

At least back then it was the NAACP calling attention to something considered shameful. Now they brag about it.

I don't get why they decided this so late. I heard one report that they announced it 15 minutes after the game was supposed to start.

    A. Cops can't accidentally shoot someone. She needs to be fired and charged.

    B. Not that it will soothe any feelings in Minnesota, but... I'm not sure how race plays into this particular incident. Cop fucked up. No question. But it seems like a taser would have been warranted there. Did she grab the wrong weapon because he was black? Maybe she's just extra tense when there's a black suspect involved and that made a mistake more likely?
