Back in the day we'd do sprints at the end of practice. God I hated conditioning drills. Covid feels like the one where everyone is on the goal line and the coach calls out "on two (or one, or three)" then blows a whistle. You'd have to do 10 straight without someone jumping before it would end. We've got way too many people who seem to want to run sprints all night.
