In fairness, the jews use bone marrow to power their space lasers, so it's not like they don't have their reasons.

Why don’t those two release a sex tape and just get their question for media attention done.

Maybe your post was meant as blue font sarcasm, but that’s not at all what the bill does.

    According to the TBT:

“If the party complaining suspects the athlete was not assigned the female gender at birth, the athlete in question will have to prove their birth gender — via a genetic test, a test of their testosterone levels or an examination of their reproductive anatomy by a medical professional — in order to compete.”

FWIW, I am not in favor of this bill. Not. Unnecessary. Hurtful.

No one is going to be doing this to male athletes.

The lab tests cost money, and insurance will not pay for them without an appropriate medical reason. That leaves a pelvic exam as likely the least expensive alternative. Setting aside the relevant Penn. St./Mich. St. issues, that certainly has the potential to be somewhere between uncomfortable and traumatic. I can also see games being played here - say a coach or rabid parent calling for an exam of the other team at the top of the league's best player simply to try to get into her head.
