    Granted, their entire starting infield landed in COVID jail, but the Tigers swept the Astros in Houston. (Stolen joke) It's almost as if A.J. Hinch knew what was coming.

    Andres Gimenez of the Indians hits a chopper to third, thrown out easily at first base.

    Fortunately there was a man on third who scored, so Gimenez gets an RBI and we now know he is great instead of lousy.

    The Indians split a double header with the White Sox in which they scored nine runs.

    That was a hell of a pitched series, outside of Plesac.

    Lots of guys will hit a grounder to third just to bring in a run. Hurts their batting average but they get an RBI and eventually a billion-dollar contract and Hall of Fame entry.

    Braves have lost SPs Smyly and Fried to the IL in a matter of days.
