So Walz has complete command and control over all law enforcement in the state of Minnesota?

 

And you’re clearly under the mistaken impression that these fuckers report to anybody. They don’t care what the governor or a judge or anybody thinks, especially not in the moment. They think they are the governor, and the judge, and the law.

You guys are right, but several of the cop-on-journalist incidents I have seen this week involved the Minnesota State Patrol, which is ostensibly under Walz's command as a division of the state Department of Public Safety, whose commissioner is appointed by the governor.

 

It would be nice is video cameras didn’t freeze up right before you shoot a man to death.

 

Of course he was taken into custody peaceably.

It would be nice if any officer whose video camera was not worn or turned off was immediately suspended for a year without pay. If it's broken, smashed does not count.

 

And on that Walz should act on that but for everything to be put on Walz is flat-out stupid.
