Guys, The Onion is real now.

I’m not traveling across the country and paying thousands of dollars to watch someone I do not know express themselves. I am there for the immersion and the fantasy, not the reality of a stranger’s self-expression.

I have so many things to say about this man that could get me sued, so I won’t.

The claims about violence are either false or greatly exaggerated.

The only people who think BLM is a hate group or morally equivalent to the Klan or whatever are racist.

Just because something has been repeated a million times doesn't make it true. It actually means it's probably not true.

It also means that when it’s not contradicted that it becomes a common perception, maybe not the general consensus but a widely held opinion that’s wrong. But you are holding a college girl to a standard that you did’t and won’t hold Kobe Bryant or his memory for calling a referee a faggot.

It doesn't matter how many times a lie is repeated it's still false.

That man hasn’t taken a productive shit without a laxative since high school.

Seriously, they should run banner ads with his face saying “Hey guys, Jonathan isn’t coming back to Disney any more.” They probably would have leverage to raise ticket prices another $20 on the strength of that alone.

What about that shit rag, The New York Times, and it’s false WMD narrative. Whatever became of that?
Call me when CBS/NBC/ABC profiles BLM as a civil rights organization and The LATimes devotes a series to countering the FoxNews/Washington Times/RNC version. It’s so easy to sit back and say the narrative is a lie. But without correcting the lie it becomes the perception.

just like journalism shit the bed and failed to treat Donald Trump with the same scrutiny as the did Hillary Clinton, Al Gore, Barrack Obama.

Journalism has 1 goal, make money. They suck at it in print but on TV and OnLine they know that the Rightwing narrative of hate sells more than correcting it.

A high school friend of mine insisted that George Floyd assaulted a pregnant woman.

    That did not happen.

Yet because Candace Owens, a college dropout with no self respect said he did, then he did, right?

And who’s job is it to correct the lies and hold public official accountable? You expect people to research every news story themselves?

So are we supposed to accept lies as truth just because they've been repeated a million times?

I refuse to take the loss on these things.

How do you know they are lies until it’s pointed out? The earth is flat until you learn otherwise and even then some people are unable to understand. The Protocols of the Elders of Zion had resonance with hundreds of millions of people world wide, Including a few that ran for president of the US. It still
Needs being pointed out that it’s a lie 100 years after publication. A lie can travel around the world and back again while the truth is lacing up its boots.”—Mark Twain.
