GOOD: Starship SN10 completed its landing after a 10KM test flight today.

NOT AS GOOD: Followed by an unintended disassembly.

Next big hurdle for the program is to stick the landing.

Had a static fire test this morning.

They have until 8:30 p.m. to launch according to Eric Mack of CNet, but since he Tweeted at 1:30 saying it was 2-3 hours away ... he just posted again thinking they are still hours from a possible launch.
    Zzzzzz LOL

An achievement that will probably get lost in the news cycle today.

Remember the golden records placed on Voyager 1 and 2? A new prediction has them lasting for up to 5 billion years, and the probes for trillions of years -- perhaps to the end of the universe as we forecast it.

(Still the greatest achievement of our civilization, in my opinion. Building spacecraft that carry the history of humanity to the stars, long after Earth is reduced to stardust.)

Scientists' predictions for the long-term future of the Voyager Golden Records will blow your mind | Space
