So, you've been vaccinated and how do you feel?

Mrs. W is 14 days out today from the second Moderna. She was a little dehydrated but no real symptoms. Dinner inside a restaurant tonight for the first time since March 2020

All you needed was to add a short burst of feedback at the start of your post.

 

Got vaccinated today, Pfizer, first shot. 13 hours or so later, I just have a slightly stiff shoulder. Nothing else.

 

Got Moderna No. 1 today. It's been over an hour, no bad effects yet.

 

Drink plenty of water and consider calling off work. Get your rest.

 

I'm at 7 hours since Moderna No. 2. Felt no ill effects from No. 1 other than a sore arm and some mild fatigue, but I'm starting to feel a wave of nausea and fatigue that suggests I may be in for a long night.

 

Got my second shot tomorrow. I fear needles. Laugh if you must. When you're a kid, and a nurse hits the wrong vein, it scars ya. Wish me luck.

 

I hear ya. Giant needle-phobe and I go in for my first ever iron infusion in the morning.

 

Got my hair cut Tuesday by a real barber for the first time in 14 months. I had whacked away at it a couple times with my old color coded clipper set, but by and large I just let it grow -- and even over 60, it's still a pretty massive mop.

I was pretty much back to my late-80s Keith Richards vampire mullet, but since I passed the magic 14, I figured I might as well return to civilization.

Shot No. 2 in less than two hours. So eager to get this done and be fully vaccinated.
