    Something tells me we are a wee bit past the dumb "marketing" influencing public opinion.

    When you have spent years marketing nonsense to gullible people, and those people's lives have gotten way more miserable as a result of the economic destruction your corruption, wastefulness and the debt bomb you've created has caused them. ... even the dumbest person is bound to figure out that the fire fighter is actually the arsonist.
