I like the guy already. I'm still not sure he was the right choice, but I absolutely get why the Steelers went that route. I think they see him as what Le'Veon Bell would have been if he was also a good guy. There really are some similarities in how they both play the position.

From what I've seen, I see Harris as someone quicker to the hole, maybe doesn't have Bell's vision (which was fantastic IMHO), but a bit more of a bruiser of a runner, still a good blocker and receiver.

Carr is at least top 20 (although I'm not a huge fan, seems to dump off too early and giving up on deeper routes).

If we go by passer rating, a flawed stat but still one that tries to measure overall performance by a QB, the 20th ranked passer in the NFL last season was one Mitch Trubisky. Carr was 10th.

Oddly enough, some video breakdowns I've seen highlight Harris's vision. Maybe it's not quite as good as Bell's, but he seems a lot better in that area than the stable of substandard they had carrying the ball last season.

I just said that because from what I saw, Bell's vision was spectacular given how deliberate he was when he WAS a stud with the Steelers and can't expect Harris to have that yet.

A year later, I am still laughing that the Packers TRADED UP to get Love. And he never played a snap.

At least if you didn't trade up, and drafted Love, you can just say that the pick fell on your lap, and hey, what are you going to do? /shrug emoji

Did Amazon pay off Fox to take over the Thursday package a year ahead of schedule? Or did Fox pay off Amazon to take over the Thursday package a year ahead of schedule?

Gotcha. That makes sense. Definitely can't expect him to be that type of player from day one, but the Steelers seem to see some similar traits.

Rodgers displayed a bit of a psychopathic streak dropping his bombshell just in time for draft day, just to bring symmetry to the plot line. And I’m kinda here for it.

Rodgers is a total fucking flake, but I'm with him here. If he thinks the GM is a snake, then you make certain accommodations for one of the five best QBs ever.

Rodgers has earned the right to get his dick sucked by the Packers. Are they even letting him get to second base?

And do I need to list the last 7-8 Steeler running backs drafted? Bell was a second, and everything else outside of Conner for about 5-6 weeks was a shit burger. What about getting that late-round tight end? Shit.
