It hurts because health authorities need to preserve trust for the (God forbid) next time. And it lets the malicious actors gain a toehold of credibility. Asymmetrical information warfare sucks, but I still want authorities doing right things right.

It is a way to “flip the bird” at “Drumpf.”

It is harmful to society for people to constantly feel
that danger lurks in every molecule.

Well, I am guessing that my granddaughter is looking to see where she can get her shot, she will be 13 in June. I am so happy for her. The boy is 10, hopefully that is soon!

    Octave-OOP is a tradition unlike any other, like Giants-Dodgers, Yankees-Red Sox, Bears-Packers and Celtic-Rangers.

    Meanwhile, in covid news.

Two weeks ago, a guy walking a dog walked several steps up a hill off the sidewalk because we were going to pass unmasked. Either that or I creeped him out by staring at him while he was headed toward me so I could make out what jersey he was wearing. It looked like a Grateful Dead take on the Nuggets' rainbow jersey from the 80s.

I'm done with being the guy who says something to people without a mask on inside.

I said "you need to have a mask on, man" to a guy using the urinal next to me at a bar over the weekend. I'm fully vaxxed, as is my wife, so we went to a decent joint to have a meal.

It got ugly with the guy. Him, not me. I don't need to get killed, as someone was in St. Paul a couple of weeks ago, because some asshole doesn't want to wear a mask in the can.

@TigerVols asks his grocery store cashiers their vaccination status.

    “Put ‘em up. COVID police!”

    (I am jesting!)
