How tall is DeSantis? He can't be more than 5-foot-10. Maybe even shorter than Gaetz.

 

Every time I see a picture of DeSantis, I wonder how someone who looks so stupid and brain dead ever got elected to higher office. And then I remember I used to live in Florida, and it all makes sense.

 

This might be the one time that I endorse the Club for Growth's rating system.

 

So much of the con is being so horrible and shameless people can't believe it's really that bad, or that he and his follower are impervious to normal forms of justice and restraint because they regard nothing as legitimate.

 

Well, well. We'll see how this works.

 

The mantle of "impervious" needs to take .50 cal fire until it is completely demolished.

 

In fairness, the Dem candidate running against him was, per usual, awful.

 

They're requiring either a majority vote or agreement between the chair and vice chair on issuing subpoenas. Is that unusual?

 

Here’s the thing: If you are a good, smart, ambitious person, why in the hell would you run for office these days? The rot is so deep. I don’t mean to sound defeatist or dystopian, but everything the GQP-controlled local and state governments are doing points to things getting worse before they get better.
