It makes me doubly angry, if for no other reason that it proves that moles could exist in the military and those kinds of moles can do far, far more damage from within than any outside force can.

In what I thought was our kind of American society, any former or current officer who spoke the way he has would be censured at the least and possibly imprisoned. Guess not ...

as long as they also understand their sins are theirs and no one else's.

 

Flynn got broomed out from an under-the-radar command, which you almost never see. That says it all.

 

But is he also a sucker like those military types?

 

Disagree slightly. The stain is also for his cult followers who either didn't do their homework and haven't realized that he will never walk his talk or do anything to help them ... or are stupid enough to think there aren't consequences for actions and behavior.

 

I obviously never served with Flynn, but I have seen many many reports from those who have or where his bosses and he was apparently a quite capable officer until the start of 2009 when he started to go nuts. Just another white guy who couldn't tolerate the country electing a black President.

 

I refuse to believe he’s another 3D chess player.
