That bull rope match was awful.

I think McMahon has enough instincts as a talent evaluator to be a great promoter. (Really stepping out on a limb with that, I know.) It's pretty well-known that he has a fetish for "body" and tall guys - Test, The Ultimate Warrior, Baron Corbin right now probably - with mixed results. However, even if his own batting average is low, he did have the smarts to empower guys like Pat Patterson, Triple H and Jim Ross at various points.

Ultimately, the bottom line matters most for Vince. If he has a severe weakness when it comes to this, it's more that he's willing to settle for a C+, B- return (Cena and Roman as all-time faces) instead of turning them and risking the stable merch sales he's getting. I imagine Roman is still selling as much stuff now that he's a monster heel vs. a face they tried to shove down everyone's throat.

The A&E Bret bio has actually been really good. I appreciated them dedicating the early part to give background on Stu and the rest of the family. Yes, they had to address the Screwjob, Owen and the WCW misery, but there was a lot of fun to it and a great redemption arc at the end.

I liked the ending, when it showed him with his kids and grandkids and he talked both about his ex-wife and his current wife.

My takeaway from last night's episode of the memorabilia show: the years have treated Greg Valentine A LOT better than Beefcake.

Valentine has barely aged in the last 40 years. He looked like he was 70 years old back then.

Not sure if this was her intent, but am I the only one who thinks Charlotte now looks like a wrestling Jane Lynch?

From the NXT killer, to vampire biting Becky's neck, to selling for Reginald, to whatever the fuck this is.

Anybody else think of this while watching that last segment?

    Sadly.

I can't wait for them to get back to touring so they have live crowds to shit all over storylines like this.

I dont hate it if it leads to girl fiend but it needs a pay off. Badly. Like turn around from the mirror and see girl fiend, or Bray, not the doll again

That's the thing. There is a way to have the doll be a symbol of Alexa's madness (a more insane Al Snow and Head combo). But the way they're doing it is laughable.

Also, who's the babyface here? A large part of me was rooting for Shayna to just rip the head off the doll.
