Only 33 new cases in Massachusetts today. Only 133 hospitalized covid patients. No deaths today. Over 80 percent of the adult population at least partially vaccinated. Over 57 percent of the TOTAL population fully vaccinated. Our state has its flaws, I know, but it has its strong points too. One of 'em is while we have our fair share of assholes, we're short on morons.

    Also, you're delirious.
    Better call the ambulance.

You can still get colds. We had a hell of one last summer.

This has been the worst pollen season, now ending thank goodness, that I can remember in my 40-plus years here in Mass. But it was sure better than last year in one respect -- every sneezing fit or itchy cough did not generate suspicion of impending fatal illness. I blew my nose without fear.

I still refuse to believe you're real. You have to be the creation of a Babylon Bee writer.

Every public appearance with a coughing, sneezing, snot-dripping baby felt like being publicly naked. I just put my head down and walked fast.

Now in this post-vaccine world, he threw up all over a table two weeks ago at a restaurant because his Lo Mein noodles had a carrot in it and we were mortified for mere non-Covid reasons.

I did all I could to clean up with wipes and gave the largest non-drunken tip I’ve ever given a waitress.

I’ve declared we don’t leave the house with him again until he’s 12.

New York State hit 70% vaxxed today and almost all Covid-related restrictions will be eliminated. It also has the lowest positivity rate in the country. I'm sure that's just a coincidence.
