Young really is a great player.

The 76ers really are an odd mess at the end of games.

Rookie point guard… star player who can’t be in on offense… huge center who will throw up fade away threes… Adam Sandler is your second best scoring option…

Jazz fan: That's why nobody believed in you, why they disrespected you or gave you any credit. Enjoy the off-season.

So bad; as great as Mitchell looks at times, a lot of times he looks like he wants to make a signature play more than the right one in crunch time.

A guy who played 10:51 a couple weeks ago and almost got a Chuck Nevitt billion, just went for 39 on the Jazz.

    WTF

Well well fucking well ... the L.A. Clippers -- the fucking Clippers -- made it to the Western Conference Finals for the first time ever.

13th time in the playoffs as the L.A. Clippers after moving from San Diego.

7 losses in the first round, 5 losses in the West semifinals. Many years of no playoffs at all.

One year they went 12 and 70. They were much better the next year at 17-65. Donald T. Sterling (insert Doug Krikorian joke here).

But now, the biggest joke of a sports franchise in American history has reached new heights, and got there without its max superstar.

The Clippers are 4 games away from the NBA Finals. Hard not to want this to happen just for the story. The fucking Clippers.

Think of the self loathing it takes to become a Clippers fan back in the day. You have one of the greatest franchises with one of the best players in NBA history coached by a hall of Famer. They’re the hottest ticket in town at the Forum, with a pile of celebrities in attendance.

But you pick the downtrodden franchise across town that plays in a dump in south central that’s owned by a slumlord instead.

Benny Schwartz! Mr. Sonics the Hedgehog and Jean Ralphio himself. But who's that old guy next to him?

Hey, this Durant guy is pretty good. Giannis has matched him pretty closely though, and Holiday has given the Bucks just enough in the final eight minutes here that they're in a position to win. Well, maybe. These final couple seconds could be interesting.

    Oh my god, Durant.

And the Bucks are absolutely the dumbest team I’ve ever watched. At this point they could win the title and I’d still fire Budenholzer.
