300 block of Abbeyfeale Road - A 44-year-old woman was issued summonses Friday night for possession of drugs and possessing drug abuse instruments. She had a number of syringes and Gabapentin, police said. Later in the shift, the officer found a bag in his cruiser that was not there when he started work. Upon reviewing video, he said he saw the 44-year-old slip her right hand from her handcuffs, get a suspected narcotic from her buttocks area and swallow it. She then placed her hand back in the handcuffs, police said. Attempts to contact her were unsuccessful.

Drug Suspect Who Swallowed Stash Hasn't Pooped in 3 Weeks

A drug suspect in the U.K. accused of swallowing Class A drugs has refused to go to the toilet for three weeks, forcing police to go on what they called “poo watch.”

Essex Police’s Operation Raptor West unit has been tweeting daily updates on the man’s refusal to defecate, using the hashtags #PooWatch and #HowLongCanYouGo. The police say they are drawing attention to the case to show that drug dealing is not “glamorous,” the BBC reported.

On Wednesday, the account tweeted: “Day 21/3 weeks for our man on #poowatch still no movements/items to report”
