“How this one plays out” is a 6-3 minimum SCOTUS decision wiping it out, if it even survives that far in the appellate process.

I heard an analysis of the case before the decision and it came down to whether something negatively impacts minorities almost exclusively, or whether the restriction does it because one group disproportionately ss s "side effect.". Voting Rights and improved and consistent guidelines for all 50 states is probably my top issue these days, and these two things, the loss of ballot collection and ballots at the wrong precinct could have been two things the Dems could have accepted in exchange for minimum standards for ballot access/vote by mail or absentee etc. When is the last time you saw a line of white people standing in line for two hours to vote?

Hard to believe this happened in Boebertville.

Somebody protect the housekeeper who intervened. She'll have death threats by morning. Qbert will probably be leading the charge.
Thoughts and prayers for Trumpists devastated by the pre-emptive strike against another planned high holiday.
And MLB security had better be especially prepared for this All-Star Game.

Hotel is two blocks from Coors, but FBI has just come out this morning and said it has no reason to believe it's connected to terrorism or a threat to the game, and is not aware of any threat to the ASG events, venues, players or the community.

Is this the same FBI that, it turns out, we find out a day or two after a major shooting had gotten reports about the suspect, but decided there was no threat?

So in the Padre half of the seventh, one hit, one walk, two shot, no runs scored.

The Nationals have Soto, Zimmerman and Castro coming up… scratch that.
