My take, let’s once again not try to pretend to know what goes on behind closed doors.

If there was a safe word and a hospitalization, someone wasn't playing by the rules.

If he’s 100 percent right, he’s still a dumb ass because if you’re a visible celebrity, don’t fuck crazy. If she has a shred of truth in her side I hope he gets taken to the cleaners.

Asking for it or not, maybe strangling and beating the shit out of a woman should be against the law?

If she likes pain and being hurt, leave her head out of it.

Why Michael Kay sucks balls, Part MMLXXVI (in his hysterical schoolgirl voice):

"What kind of person picks up someone on social media? Who would do that? If I was single I would never look for someone on social media."

Since the publicity surrounding Bauer is limited to some mentions in written media, there’s no public outcry to do anything. The journalists who cover the Dodgers, their opposing teams and baseball are just allowing the ‘process’ and assumption of legal innocence to be their guide. It’s just a women who alleges she was assaulted and a professional athlete saying she consented to whatever happened. We only cover sports, not the crime beat. We don’t know nuthin bout covering no crime, we just the toy department. Media, like jurors, favorite cop out, he said, she said. It’s impossible to make a decision. No it’s not. You can decide who lies and who’s honest. one person says the other consented, and the other one says “I didn’t consent”, it’s not a hard decision. She knows whether she did or not and he’s either wrong or a liar. And these guys aren’t wrong. They know. Kobe knew. Tyson knew. Cosby knew. Ben knew. Trevor knew.
    weak coverage.
