I'm younger and cover prep sports, meaning I haven't been in locker rooms much and when I have, it's been within the last 15 years. Missed out on the pre-PC days. Only locker room I was in much was minor league baseball one summer, and it was a bland, professional environment when I was in there (as it should be).

 

Clarkson caused me to break my rule about not endorsing violence when he punched Piers Morgan. I still think Kelly Clarkson would have done more damage.

Have to agree with you here. Actually, I think locker rooms should be no-go zones for the players to have some privacy and decompress.

The map is correct. It's not very well titled. The Biden goal was ≥ 70% of a state's adults with ≥ 1 dose by July 4. As of today's CDC numbers, 20 states and DC (21 jurisdictions total) have met this threshold: Vermont, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, New Mexico, New Jersey, Rhode Island,
Pennsylvania, California, Maryland, Washington, New Hampshire, District of Columbia, New York, Illinois, Virginia, Delaware, Minnesota, Oregon and
Colorado.

Everybody is getting this confused because there are different variables: total people vs. adults in one hand; fully vaccinated vs. one or more doses administered in the other.
The total of three that you referenced is the total of states in which ≥70% of a state's total population has received ≥ 1 dose.
