    Shoot, I figured Japan would do a better job with COVID than the US did. What will be weird is that I'm sure NBC will want family reaction shots (see below) but with most of the action tape delayed, and the families probably having some sort of live "connect" - figure NBC will provide Zoom feeds.

    A lot of it is cultural, IMO. It was mentioned here or in the covid thread a ways back that after the initial testing of the vaccines, Japan wanted a second set of trials on Asian subjects. Plus the whole concept of saving face.

    Hoping that does not sound racist, which is not my intention.
