If Josh Allen had first hand allegations that over a period of a couple of years he made racist comments to multiple people, he’d be out of the league. Not a single action on his part, just words, to multiple people at different times. He’d be a pariah in America and Not be in training camp, or on an active roster, for words.

There are multiple first hand allegations that DeShawn Watson, on multiple occasions, sexually assaulted multiple women, over an extended period of time. He’s in trading camp. He’s backed by his employer and the league. No action has been taken against him that’s detrimental to his ability to be employed in his chosen profession. He has more defenders that detractors and the media, by its silence has tacitly condoned sexual assault.

Conventional wisdom is now you can rape a woman just dont call her the N word while you do it.

Riley Cooper played for two years after being caught on tape using a racial slur.

But...but...an NFL team would be far more forgiving of the great Riley Cooper than a guy like Josh Allen!

    :)

The shit show we thought we'd see in the NFL in 2020 might be the shit show we actually see in 2021.

I ate dinner a few weeks ago a table over from Mr. Rivera (at Pebble Beach) and he looked really strong (and all the Cal fans were streaming over to his table, he couldn't be nicer; I personally refuse to interrupt celebs.) I wish him the best as he deals with these idiots who happen to be health/fitness outliers.

This really is absurd. Of course, I shouldn't be shocked anymore. Football players, who love to tell us they're the ultimate team players, are once again proving that they're appreciably worse than the rest of Refusnik Nation.
    Their coach has battled cancer.
They now know that they might have to forfeit a game and their paychecks for a week if COVID thins their herd sufficiently.
    Yet they won't do anything.
Do they not like their coach? Do they not like getting paid? Are they going to dig their heels in to whatever tenuous ground they inhabit just to prove they won't let authority bully them around?

Masks are supposed to protect others, not necessarily yourself.
