I haven’t written anything on paper for years other than my initials for work and have found my handwriting has regressed to a fifth grader’s.

I haven’t written a check in six years. I take notes via typing or audio dictations. My handwriting skills are just disappearing.

 

my schoolboy cursive is beautiful. It's the one thing I am complimented most on.

 

Cawthorn is awful. But he came of age in an era when they quit teaching handwriting.

 

As a gun guy, I get really pissed when I see these stories and the offender says something like they forgot the pistol was in the bag. I've got a lot of firearms. I have never, ever forgotten where they are. Never.

Forgetting where your firearms are located is a sign of an irresponsible gun owner.

Not familiar with either of these people. The second speaker nailed the mindset of a lot of guys in wheelchairs, especially those who suffered spinal injuries later in life.

My father grew up in a wheelchair. I've seen people like Cawthorn before. He neither intimidates nor does he impress.
