Some of that is just the amateur crap we all learn from many years of watching football and hearing about players recovering from injury. Some of it is from reporting on injuries. Most of it is from my own history with surgical procedures on my foot. I've been through three of them. Through what I've learned from two surgeons and my own research during all that, I know a bit about foot issues. The last of my surgeries was somewhat similar to what I read about what they are doing to Wentz. Of course, he is in a hell of a lot better shape than I am, but I wasn't asking my foot to do nearly as much as he will be asking of his. If I understand correctly, the positive for Wentz is they are just removing something. That should mean he can put weight on it a lot more quickly than if they had to repair any part of the foot. The bad news is that foot problems can take time simply because they disrupt everything else in the lower body.

Yeah. I'm a degenerate who bets on Iceland soccer but I'm going nowhere near the NFL preseason. Wake me up when the real games start.

Joe Buck’s hair is the color of the HOF jacket. It’s very strange.

The mediocrity that made it into the Hall this year is a a conundrum of confounding proportions. Put Cosell in. Musberger too.

Wow Josh Allen gets $150M guaranteed! I don't disagree he's fantastic (I can only hope Lance gets to Allen '20 level) and want the athletes to get all they can, just surprised that they gave that much to him.
