The SI piece on him a few years ago was remarkable. He sounds like he's really evolved and matured and is regretful of a lot of the nonsense he did as a younger guy. All you can ask from someone.

Meanwhile, speaking of the Tigers, they are on the verge of pissing away a 10-2 lead against the Angels. Also Miggy is going for 500 if the Tigers ever get out of this inning.

Wow judge in LA essentially said Bauer did not do anything criminal, even with him pleading the 5th. He may have crossed the line but apparently the line was not clear based on the text exchanges.

 

The judge said what Bauer did does not warrant a five-year restraining order. He hasn't been charged criminally yet. Either way, I'm guessing his Dodgers career is over.

 

Would love to know if Bauer was a fan of Hank Moody's book FUCKING AND PUNCHING.

While not binding in the criminal matter, if a judge has already made this finding, I don't think a judge or jury is going to find beyond a reasonable doubt that Bauer exceeded what she consented to (which would be the requirement to find him guilty of sexual assault).
