That's the face he'll be making the first night up the road, too. Keep those peepers wide open, little fella.

Unbelievably, Afghanistan will be a blip for the midterm if they get Covid under control. Our appetite and attention span for that stuff is so short if it happens in that region. It’s why they never drew blood with Benghazi.

Vaccinations, vaccinations, vaccinations. All that matters.

Oh for f*ck's sake! Trump got impeached, behaved psychotically for four years, downplayed the gravest public health crisis in more than a century, cozied up to the world's worst leaders, stole who knows how many tax dollars...and his party still picked up seats in the House.

The sad truth is most Americans don't watch the news, or read the news. And even those that do, typically tune out in August. Considering the horrible month, Biden's approval ratings haven't fallen that much, and having Afghanistan in the rear-view will only cause it to rise. My bet is that his Gallup number will be at 55 or higher by the end up September.

I don't think so. Oh, I'm pretty sure Afghanistan will be Topic D at best, but by the end of September Covid's gonna be such a catastrophe in so many parts of the country, Biden's ratings will go down significantly. Not just in the red states, either. The high vaccination states will be demanding strong federal action to protect them from their diseased countrymen.

I hope people are smart enough to know Biden has done everything he can short of standing there and shoving vaccines in people's arms. This malicious behavior by Republicans has about 0.0 percent to do with Joe Biden. I think the revolts in Florida and Texas prove the point.

Well, on the bright side, at least he admits Biden is president. Glacial progress, but still progress.

There were at least three in the waiting room of my doctor's office getting the shot on Thursday morning. Maybe the dumbest of the dumb are finally facing reality.

Scary thing is if the GOP leadership would’ve just stayed quiet and pretended to publicly support vaccination while sending out signals to the base to keep undermining the effort, they could’ve hit Biden really hard on him coming up short in vaccinating the country. They’ve really lessened the impact of that attack.

35 percent of the country will cheer on that stupidity.

The rest of the country understands that it's not Joe Biden's responsibility to get the country vaccinated. The vaccine is available. He's used his bully pulpit appropriately. People either go get vaccinated or they don't.

Doing what you said isn't a winning move. It solidifies a fringe, does nothing to persuade anyone else outside of that fringe and likely alienates that many more people. It's a Donald Trump move.
