    Couldn’t believe my eyes this morning to see there was a 16-inning game with this runner-on-2nd abomination.

    The record had been 13 innings. Game ended right around 1 a.m. PDT.
    The Padres manager screwed himself when he made a double switch that put the pitcher in the 5-hole behind Tatis and Machado. I think the Dodgers issued 6 intentional walks in the extras and it worked every time.
