This guy and Seth Moulton are grandstanding schmucks, but they have more balls than I do by going over there.

    Also, re: this tweet:

I don't like the reporting tactics here, the misrepresentation, but that horse done left the barn long ago.

Demasculinization. Big bad rough tough God Emperor Fatfuck would never let a whamman tell him what to do.

Pretty amazing that guys who're following the orders of a 90-year old with, let us say, a checkered family history, would follow that path.

    1. Order him to show up in court at 8:00 tomorrow morning, or furnish a fully notarized statement by three medical professionals under oath as to his inability to appear.

    2. If he fails to fulfill either condition, rule summarily against the defendants. Nolo Contendere.

While satisfying. that would not be legal. Zillions of trials all over the country, X percentage of defense lawyers are sick, in jail themselves, etc.

Yet another example of the right wing screech machine's weaponization of constitutional rights.

Yeah, but the associate that has been filing in his name is not an attorney. At some point he's going to need to be in court and a judge will have his ass if he isn't.

Man, I'd like to believe people will figure it out, but then I see weekly numbers from the CDC dated Aug. 30. Vaccine doses administered in Tennessee fell 24% week-over-week. In Missouri, the decline was 23%. Idaho fell 11%.
I understand drop-offs in Louisiana and Mississippi, in which people had another, more urgent act of self-preservation on their minds. But come on, Wyoming (-30%)? What's your excuse?
