City student passes 3 classes in four years, ranks near top half of class with 0.13 GPA

School system is run by African Americans and has been for 40+ years. Populated by overwhelming majority of African Americans in a city where politicians have been African American and elected by African Americans. It’s not institutional racism.

tragic situation? This isn't a one off. This is systemic gross negligence over an extended period of time by a black community, their black elected officials, the black school system to victimize their own black children. It's a non issue because the villain is in the mirror. 300 black kids murdered by 300 black suspects, and not a trash can is turned over. 80,000 black kids can't get a decent education and not a single sign carried by a single protester.
One cop shoots a criminal suspect and a city closes down for a week.

people get the community they want, not the one they need.

Classic. Entire communities are committing mass suicide, economic and educational Suicide and you get testy when it’s brought to your attention that it’s done by the consent of the same community. Businesses are going under because they can’t find minimally qualified employees and the same community has 3 times the unemployment of the nation. Get testy.

If you've seen the measures Black communities have had to take in order to protect themselves, you'd understand that is the furthest thing from the truth.

No. But according to the FBI’s 2016 crime in America report:
Blacks commit 52.6% of murder and non negligent Homicde. 29.1% of rape. 54.5% of robbery

in fact it appears that only DUI actually breaks down according the racial demographic of the country. Though males clearly are over represented .

2016 is chosen because it avoids having a trump toad be involved in the report

 

It also happens in poor white communities. The guys at the top, often churchmen, fleece everyone for their money. Poverty is a helluva drug. Desperation, too.
