What always strikes me as odd is that you just know the Democratic leadership's way of thinking is "we do bad things too and we want to get away with them too so let's not rock the boat" but once the GOP takes over they go hammer and tong at the Dems and their wrong doings. Every. Single. Time.

 

That makes no sense.

 

So the purpose of the stimulus payment was for voters to like Joe Biden? Did Hayes believe that about the stimulus money Trump sent?

Those proportions seem about right. The latter story is a little like “fat man starting a diet with a chef salad.” We’re always calibrating relationships with the UN.

 

The one trait each party shares is the belief that "We're just too gosh-darned NICE!"

 

Can't you ever just say, yourself, what you think, instead of always posting memes and videos of others? I'm attempting to have a discussion, that, as I've said, despite shades of Fox News, would seem to actually be worth having. And nobody seems to have anything to say, except to accuse people of being racist, using somebody else's material.

That's because it involves hard issues, of course, that nobody really knows how to solve as yet. But the discussion of legitimate questions and concerns should still be had.

If it's not about race, why is nobody concerned about the Canadian border? Why does nobody seem to be bothered by the 70,000 Irish immigrants living illegally in the Boston area? If it's not about race why does someone like Howie Carr act as if it's Journalism 101 to include the immigration status of anyone with an Hispanic name in a story about them being arrested?

 

I agree. I found the approach distasteful, personally. Didn't you? I don't know why Chris Hayes would find it worth replicating for Biden. Do you?
