Please tell me the Red Sox won’t wear these gawdawful uniforms in the postseason.

 

Cardinals up 6-0 with two outs and a Brewers pitching change in the second inning.

Bader tagged up and scored from second on a fly ball to the wall.

 

All scissors were taken out of the Red Sox clubhouse before this game, right?

 

Cole, Judge and Stanton having excellent years and the Yankees could still finish fourth.

 

Now 8-1 Cards heading into the bottom of the 7th. Brewers playing like uninterested shit.

Edit: 8-2 after Garcia’s tater.

Edit 2: 10-2 after Goldschmidt’s two-run blast.

 

Hopefully not shades of 2011. With a comfortable division lead, Brewers lost 5 of 6 to Cardinals in late August and September. Cardinals won the wild card by 1 game.

We know what happened after that.

 

They're apparently going to wear them until they lose. Thankfully, the Mets series mercifully ends tonight.
